Town of Watertown Ambulance Service offers community classes through certification with the American Heart Association (AHA). Members that are certified instructors through AHA pass on knowledge and instruction in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation  (CPR) and First Aid. The different classes offered are:

• Heartsaver CPR Only | $50 per person. This course is hands only CPR. A general approach to providing lifesaving CPR with a focus on compressions helping someone in cardiac arrest. 
• Heartsaver CPR + First Aid | $75 per person. This course is hands only CPR with basic First Aid. A general approach to providing lifesaving CPR with a focus on compressions, plus general knowledge First Aid (i.e. bleeding control, Epi Pen, Narcan).
• Stop the Bleed | $25 per person. This course is focused on bleeding types (ex. arterial vs. venous) and various ways to manage and control bleeding (ex. tourniquets). 
• BLS Provider CPR | $50 per person. This is the professional CPR, offering education on compressions, rescue breaths, and team dynamics. Required by many workplaces.
